For as long as I can remember, I have always been "that girl with the long hair..."

It wasn't until later on in life that I realised the confidence that one sentence gave me, and it is still the biggest compliment that I receive to date. Whether it has come from family, friends, colleagues, hairdressers, or even complete strangers who stop me in the streets, my hair has always been a hot topic, and I love talking about it!

​My hair care journey began as a young girl, where I would watch the two most important women in my life; my mother and my grandmother, oiling their hair religiously a couple of times a week. Curiously, I would sit with them for hours to learn about the types of oils that they were using and asked them to start oiling my hair too. I finally joined the gang! They would then finish it up with a cute plait like Rapunzel to lock in the moisture until it was time to wash it out. My very own hair care journey began, and it was something I was so proud to do myself, which to this day, I still do multiple times a week without fail.

Over the years, I have further dug deep into the benefits of those natural oils, learning about everything from how the plants are grown, to the process of oil extraction and finally the ethics of our suppliers. I have formulated the most beautiful hair oil consisting of 9 rich, natural and organic ingredients that have been blended together in perfect quantities to help nourish, moisturise and promote hair growth.​​​​​​​​
 
For many of us including myself, our hair is our identity. ​It is the final piece of the puzzle when you get ready. Outfit check, hair check! Long, short, straight, curly, thin, thick, styled, natural, and even when covered beautifully by a hat, headpiece or hijab. Taking care and learning about our hair, scalp and beard is one thing we should all be prioritising as much as we do for makeup, skincare and fragrance. ​​​​
